Brabners Chaffe Street Charity Challenge Update

Rod Ellis successfully completed the challenge in the Lake District on 10 July and so far, the team have raised £860.
"It was a gruelling event in the lake district held in extremely inclement conditions - wind and driving rain making conditions, especially on the bike, quite dangerous. The toughest section was cycling over Wrynose pass (without getting off once!) Our team of forty somethings managed to complete the course in 9 hours and 40 minutes and managed to have several well deserved pints of Cumberland Ale to replenish the calories."
