Great North Run 2010 Update

On Sunday 19 September 2010, new joiner Adam Zdravkovic completed the Bupa 30th Great North Run 2010, running 13.1 miles in a time of 2 hours and 1 minute.
Adam is happy with this result, considering it was his first half-marathon, although he is determined to shave 20 minutes from his time for next year's run. He commented: "The route from Newcastle to South Shields was harder and more painful than expected, and I wish I had done more hill training, but the atmosphere on the day was incredible."
